Day 1: Arrival Phnom Penh - Tours (L)
On arrival at the Phnom Penh International Airport - you will be welcomed by a professional English speaking tour guide to the hotel. Wasting no time, during the half-day city tour, we will witness the National Museum of Khmer Arts, with its warm red terracotta and its gracefully curved roof topped by dozens of guardian nagas. Then we continue to the nearby Royal Palace, one of the most beautiful samples of Khmer palace, which allows us to visit the precious, Throne Hall, Prasat Khemarin, Prasat Samrn Phirum, Hor Preah Khan, Chan Chhaya, and Silver Pagoda where the king regularly does the warship. We pass through the River Front Park whose scenery is much worth shooting, and continue to the only one hill in town with sacred sites called Wat Phnom. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 2: Tours in Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B, L)
Today, we spend the morning visiting the unforgotten Cheung Ek killing field where is a genocidal site. Then visit Toul Sleng Museum where is the largest center of detention and torture of Khmer Rough regime and city orientation tour includes Phnom Penh Municipality Hall, National Library, National Bank, Independence Monument, and shopping at Russian/New Central Market where we find various kinds of souvenirs ranging from clothes to galleries, and back the hotel. Then transfer to the Airport for the flight to Siem Reap at 16:00pm. On arrival, pick up to the hotel and free at your leisure.
Day 3: Siem Reap - South Gate of Angkor Thom (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Then we are on the tour with Tuk Tuk to South Gate of Angkor Thom, and go to Angkor Thom (the temple) which was built by Angkors greatest kings, Jayavarman VII. The major attraction of Angkor Thom is the Bayon, whose exact function and symbolism is still unknown until now. Afterward, we go to Baphoun, which is one of the most spectacular of Angkors temples in its heyday; to Terrace of the Elephants that was used as a giant reviewing stand for public ceremonies and served as a base for the kings grand audience hall; to Terrace of the Leper King, another of Angkors mysteries. In the afternoon, we visit the World Seventh Wonder -better known as Angkor Wat- that stands as the most important archaeological sites in South-East Asia. Angkor wat stretch over some 400 sq. km, including forested area, Angkor Archaeological Park contains the magnificent remains of the different capitals of the Khmer Empire. In the evening we view the sunset at Phnom Bakheng Hill. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 4: Siem Reap Tours (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Then car and guide pick up to visit the exquisitely decorated pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srey, whose intricate carving has the example of Khmer classical art remaining and stands as the finest monument ever seen on the planet and Banteay Samre Temples. In the afternoon, visit Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdey, Ta Keo, Ta Prom. Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 5: Siem Reap - Floating Village (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel Then we are on a boat trip to Great Lake Tonle Sap that is renowned for its basin of fresh water fish (10 tons/ 1Square Km in the 60s). Visitors may also view the fresh water exhibition where we can see various kinds of fish in Tonle Sap Lake such as floating village and real style on the river. In the afternoon, we continue to visit Les Artisans dAngkor - Chantiers Ecole where visitors can observe artisans making high quality wood and stone carvings from scratch to end-product, and then we visit Silk Farm, malpro tree field throughout produce processing of the production, where we can see the traditional silk making in Cambodia. Afterward we free at your leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 6: Siem Reap - Departure (B)
Today free at your leisure until the departure flight from Siem Reap.
