Hanging over 5000 km square with the population of 6000 people, with lush greenery of mountain ranges is just the beginning of your expedition to the jade of Far East. Imagine a land lush in tropical forest and emerald rice terrace fields and a land alive with very colorful tradition and culture. The old Frence-built hill station of Sapa (1600m above sea level) is the natural starting point for a unique experience of the Sapa area. This includes the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, and Indochinas highest peaks, Fansipan (3143m), and 6 different ethnic minority groups, each one colorful, distinct and with its own language and cultural values. The trek brings you though the excellent views of the valley, the magnificent limestone and paddy fields of H'mong village will be introduced, visits to local families and reach their customs and the Cat Cat waterfall will be visible. A "White curtain" cascade appears, surrounded by flowery valley and deep - green pines. The rocks near the river and waterfall provide a marvelous place for picturesque photos and sunbathing during good weather.

Night 1: Hanoi Night train to Lao Cai
At 20.00 you are picked up to the rail way station for a night train to Lao Cai that start at 21:10. Overnight on train. Included:Transportation, Overnight on train, Train ticket: Hanoi Lao Cai (A/C 4 soft berth cabin)
Day 1: Lao Cai Sapa Sin Chai Cat Cat Y Linh Ho (B, L, D)
You will be met by local guide and driver upon your arrival at Lao Cai station then transferred to a local restaurant for breakfast. Then start our driver to Sapa and transferred downhill to Sin Chai village of Black Hmong minority, which locates right at the foot of Hoang Lien mountain range. Here you start heading up the mountain. Once you get to the top, you will trek on a small trail with spectacular view and then gradually descend to Cat Cat village, where you will have lunch nearby a waterfall. In the after noon, you take a trail sneaking through mountain. You also will enjoy spectacular scenery while walking along a narrow river you eventually arrive in Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong minority, where you can take a rest in a nice spot nearby the beautiful river. You will stay overnight in Y Linh Ho, due to season it can be in local house or intent camp. Day 2: Y Linh Ho Lao Chai Tavan (B, L, D)
Todays trek will continue along Hoang Lien mountain range, which offers you many opportunities to enjoy view over huge rice paddy terraces in Muong Hoa valley, the largest one in the area. After having lunch at a nice spot, you descend into the bottom of the valley. You will pass through Lao Chai village of Black Hmong minority and then Tavan village of Giay minority by following a very popular trekking route. You spend the night in a traditional house of Giay minority. You will be able to take a walk to enjoy the valley view as well as swim in the river nearby. Overnight at home stay. Included: Home stay, Tour guide, Entrance fee, (Approx: 4 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch)
Day 3: Tavan Giang Ta Chai Su Pan (B, L)
Todays trek is short, but still the landscape is beautiful. Once you get energy for your last day trek after having breakfast, you leave for Giang Ta Chai village where you can take a rest nearby a waterfall to enjoy the surroundings. You will continue trough a bamboo forest, and when you have passed the forest we find a nice place to enjoy lunch. After lunch the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you continue on a small trail towards Supan where your transfer back to Sapa is waiting. At late afternoon transfer to Lao Cai station to leave for Hanoi. Included: Transportation, Overnight on train, Tour guide, Entrance fee, Train ticket: Lao Cai Hanoi (A/C 4 soft berth cabin), (Approx: 0,5 hour driving/ 3 hours walking/ 1 hour lunch).
Day 4: Hanoi arrival
Arrive to Hanoi at 05:00. Turn back your hotel on your own. End of the tour.
